The Union’s membership and the Formwork Council of Ontario have rejected the proposed settlement for the Provincial Formwork Collective Agreement.
The Formwork Sector will be engaged in a lawful strike effective May 1, 2022.

On April 23rd the members rejected the proposed settlement for the Sewer & Watermain Agreement.
A new proposed settlement has since been reached.
A virtual ratification vote on the new settlement will be held Sunday May 1st at 7am.
