The Provincial Government has directed that we are returning to a modified Stage-2 of the Provincial Reopening Roadmap.
In light of that change, and the rising Covid-19 cases, we have made the difficult decision to again close the Dispatch, Member Services, and Distribution Offices. All Local 183 offices are closed to public access.
Dispatch will be accessible by phone or electronically Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. Other services are available 24-7 through the https://183m.ca web portal.

In the efforts of making the receipt of promotional items more accessible, our distribution centre in Toronto will now open during regular business hours on Saturday Mornings.

We are pleased to announce that starting November 3, 2021 local 183 will be resuming Wednesday late night services.
Not only will the Wednesday late night services resume at Toronto at 1263 Wilson Ave, but we will now be making this service available at all of our regional offices including Barrie, Cambridge, Cobourg and Kingston. All locations will now be open on Wednesday night until 8pm.

Dispatch / Member Services Exception
After lengthy discussions with the Executive Board and our General Counsel, it has been decided to provide limited access to our members, who wish to access dispatch and member services only. We are granting such access on a trial basis.
The dispatch areas of our offices will be open, and for now, members will not be required to be vaccinated or tested to gain access. All other parts of our offices remain closed to members in accordance with COVID-19 policies.
We encourage all members to access services on-line or through your phone, wherever possible.
Members will not have access to the rest of the office areas as the offices are closed out of an abundance of caution and for the safety for our staff.
Any member attending at the designated dispatch areas must strictly comply with all required safety precautions including wearing a mask, social distancing and use of hand sanitizer. Anyone not complying with these safety precautions will be denied access.
