On October 29th, the OPDC voted to renew the Aecon Locates Agreement.
The new collective agreement is in effect November 1st.

A proposed settlement has not been reached for the Provincial Promark Agreement.
Promark’s final offer was rejected by LIUNA on October 29, 2022.
LIUNA is in legal strike position on November 3rd, 2022.
