The Union has reached a settlement for the Provincial Promark Agreement.
A ratification vote will be held in person on November 2nd at 7:00 pm at the Union hall, located at 1263 Wilson Ave., Toronto.

The Union has agreed to sit back down to bargain with Promark on November 1, 2022.
All employees should continue to report for work while the bargaining is on-going.

On October 29th, the members voted to renew the PVS/Oakville Hydro/G-Tel Agreement.
The new collective agreement is in effect November 1st.

A proposed settlement has not been reached for the Provincial Promark Agreement.
Promark’s final offer was rejected by LIUNA on October 29, 2022.
LIUNA is in legal strike position on November 3rd, 2022.
