As of May 25, 2022, the settlement to renew the Provincial Demolition Agreement has received majority support from the LIUNA Locals. The strike will therefore be over as of tonight, May 25, 2022 at 11:59 pm.

On May 21st the members voted to renew the Self-Levelling Agreement.
The new collective agreement is now in effect and members in the Self-Levelling Sector can return to work.

On May 20th the members voted to renew the Framing Agreement.
The new collective agreement is now in effect.
Pieceworkers and their crews must return to work by Wednesday May 25, 2022.

On May 20th the members voted to ratify the Formwork Agreement, as did the Formwork Council of Ontario. There is therefore now a new collective agreement in place between the Ontario Formwork Association and the Formwork Council of Ontario. The strike is now over and Local 183 members working in the Formwork Sector can return to work.
