The new collective agreement is in effect May 1st.

BARGAINING UPDATE – STRIKE NOTICE FRAMING SECTOR
A proposed settlement was put to a vote of the members on April 30.
The proposed settlement was overwhelmingly rejected by members.
The Framing Sector will be engaged in a lawful strike effective May 1, 2022.
Bargaining Update – Provincial Demolition Sector
A proposed settlement has not been reach for the Provincial Demolition Agreement.
LIUNA, OPDC, together with Local 183 and the other LIUNA locals, are in legal strike position on May 12, 2022.

LIUNA, OPDC, together with Local 183 and the other LIUNA locals, have reached a settlement for the Provincial ICI Agreement.
A virtual ratification vote for Local 183 – ICI (Kingston) members will be held Wednesday May 4th at 7pm.
