Free PSA Blood Test

With September being Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, LiUNA Local 183 wants to share an initiative with our friends at the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) are holding.

IUPAT, together with TheWalnutFoundation and University Health Network will hold a FREE PSA blood testing clinic on Saturday, September 28th from 10:00 am-3:00 pm at their Union Hall, located at . This testing is available for all members over the age of 40.

Black Creek Community Health Centre has confirmed that they will be on-site to offer blood pressure and diabetes tests as well.

Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among Canadian men, and 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. Early detection can save lives. So be proactive with your health and come out and get tested.
