The Grievance covers the period of January 1, 2016 to September 23, 2018 (the “Relevant Period”). The Grievance has been resolved and the Union has $355,505.26 available for distribution to the affected members. If you worked for either of the Employers during the Relevant Period but did not receive a letter relating to this settlement, please contact your union representative or the Sector Coordinator, Rob Tamburini at rtamburini@liuna183.ca.
