The renewal collective agreement between the Union and the MTABA (apartment builders) will be settled by arbitration.
The arbitration was held on April 21, 2022 and we are waiting for a decision.
Increases will be effective (or retroactive to) May 1st.
A copy of the decision will be sent to the members working in the sector once issued.
