A proposed settlement has not been reach for the Provincial Utilities Agreement.
LIUNA, OPDC, together with Local 183 and the other LIUNA locals, continue to bargain a settlement to renew the Provincial Utilities Agreement. The parties have agreed that any negotiated monetary increases will be effective retroactive to May 1, 2022.
While the parties continue to bargain, members working under the Provincial Utilities Agreement must continue to attend work.
