There will be a Virtual Nomination Meeting on Monday May 10, 2021 at 7:00 PM EST

To participate, members must register for the meeting by 5 pm on Thursday, May 6, 2021.
If you do not register by this deadline, you will not be able to participate in the meeting.

When registering you will be asked if you anticipate acting as an “attendee” or a “speaker” (a nominator, seconder or nominee). If you select “speaker”, the moderator of the meeting will ensure that your account can have its microphone and camera activated allowing you to speak at the appropriate time. Failure to select “speaker” will not disqualify you from acting as a nominator, seconder or nominee, but may result in a technical delay.

A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be sent out in the next 24 hours. On Sunday morning, click on that link to access the meeting. You will be required to sign-in in order to be allowed in.
