The Ontario Formwork Association and the Formwork Council of Ontario will be going back to the bargaining table on May 13 and May 17.
We will post any updates as they become available.
In the meantime, the Formwork Sector remains engaged in a lawful strike which is ongoing.

On May 8th, Local 183 members voted to renew the Provincial Traffic Control Agreement.
The new collective agreement is in effect May 1st.

On May 8th the members voted to renew the Fencing Agreement.
The new collective agreement is in effect retroactively from May 1, 2022.

On May 7th the members voted to ratify the Railings Agreement, and there is now a new collective agreement in place between the Union and the Greater Toronto Railing Association. The strike is now over.
