Bargaining Update – Provincial Utility Sector
LIUNA, OPDC, together with Local 183 and the other LIUNA locals, have reached a settlement for the Provincial Utility Agreement.

On April 30th, the members rejected the proposed settlement for the Framing Agreement.
A new proposed settlement has been reached.
A ratification vote will take place on Friday, May 20, 2022. Pre-registration is required.

On May 11th the members voted to renew the Sentinel Plumbing Agreement.
The new collective agreement is in effect retroactively from May 1, 2022.

Bargaining Update – STRIKE in High Rise Formwork Sector
The Ontario Formwork Association and the Formwork Council of Ontario will be going back to the bargaining table on May 13 and May 17.
We will post any updates as they become available.
In the meantime, the Formwork Sector remains engaged in a lawful strike which is ongoing.
