On December 18th, 2022 the members voted to renew the Provincial Railroads Agreement, with unanimous support from all LIUNA Locals across the Province. The strike is therefore over as of today, December 18th, 2022.

The Union has reached a settlement for the Railroads Agreement.
A ratification vote will be held in person on Sunday, December 18th at 1:00 pm at both the Toronto (1263 Wilson Ave) and Kingston (145 Dalton Ave) offices.

The proposed settlement for the Provincial Railroads Agreement was rejected by the membership.
LIUNA is in a legal strike position as of December 9, 2022, at 12:01am.
